Overview
Through Student Council, the officers and reps build life-long leaderships skills which include:
- Developing a Student Council vision for Mililani Waena and having moral purpose as a leader
- Understanding and utilizing a system to run Student Council activities and events effectively and efficiently together as a leadership team
- Practicing the "TRRFCC" character traits and serving as a role model to the student body
- Developing self confidence and effective public speaking skills
Student Council provides opportunities to meet role model and positive student leaders from other Mililani schools.
