Student volunteers must make prior arrangements with a supervising teacher or staff member and complete the required student volunteer permission form at least one week prior to start date to allow time for approval. Only one student volunteer per classroom at a time.
If a student will be volunteering with more than one teacher or staff member, student volunteer permission forms must be completed for each teacher or staff member.
Student volunteers must receive a confirmation prior to starting. Any student volunteer submitting a student volunteer permission form on the day of intended start date, will not be allowed to start until the following school day.
Student volunteers are expected to be with their supervising teacher or staff member and remain on campus during the times indicated on the student volunteer permission form. Student volunteers who do not follow the agreements and procedures outlined on the student volunteer permission form will be asked to stop volunteering.
