Physical Education (PE) is integral in developing your child holistically by building physical competence, knowledge of movement, and safety. Setting a strong foundation will increase your childs' ability to use and perform in wide range of activities, in and out of school, that will help develop an active and healthy lifestyle.
Using Hawaii Content and Performance Standards to drive instruction, students will understand what physical fitness (strength, muscular and cardiorespiratory endurance and flexibility) is and can be.
Your child will have 3-4 30-45 minute sessions per quarter. Please see schedule for PE dates.
