Library Learning Center Services

MWES’s Library Learning Center will:

         -        provide intellectual and physical access to information in a variety 

                  of formats

         -        provide opportunities for students to participate in meaningful

                  activities that will stimulate creativity and inspire a love for 

                  reading

         -        collaborate with classroom teachers to provide a Standards-Based 

                  program of instruction which fosters intellectual growth,

                  researching skills, and ways to use ideas and information

         -        build and maintain a collection of resources which supports the 

                  school’s educational program and satisfies the recreational and 

                  informational needs of students and staff
