KidBiz Thought Question (Example)

Prompt:

The article tells about a problem: There is not enough clean water for everyone on Earth. What are some ways to help solve this problem? Be sure to include details from the Article in your answer.

Response:

In the story Water Worries it explains how water keeps us alive and ways that we can conserve water.

The problem of the article is that there is insufficient clean water. First, one of six people does not get clean water. Also, people cannot drink salt water.

There are also some solutions to these water concerns. You can do desalination or collect rain water. Finally, while you're brushing your teeth you can turn off the faucet.

The author wrote this article to inform us clean water is not available to everyone. This reminds me of when my dad fixed a leaky faucet and running toilet to conserve water. The article had made these suggestions as a way to conserve water.
