Aloha Aina how Moana you're welcome back to photo planting part 2 today we're going to do some other plants that you can find around your house and get them started and have a little planting project the cool thing about doing this project is that you get to watch The Roots and the leaves grow and giving them a little cup and I think this part you going to want to go outside firstly and look for some plants I usually like to do tea leaves could see these are the easiest to replant to make sure that the plant is healthy Use Somebody signs that you guys could also use for this project not too sure what they're called but they're similar to tea leaves I'll be eating the Red Tea Leaf I'm going to permission and then I'm going to snip a little bit off of that tree that I'm going to say Mahalo thank you tree bring the Tea Leaf inside anyhow I'm going to prepare it on the table I washed my hands and all I'm going to need is a scissors I'm going to take the scissors and I'm going to cut right where the bark of the tea leaf plant end and where the leaf starts going to take those leaves and you can make whatever you want with that make a leg or just keep it around as decoration but you don't really need that then he's going to take the most important part the stem of the Tea Leaf you can put it into a little glass cup with some water and that's it pretty simple, straightforward leave it like that for a few weeks can you get to watch it grow here I'll show you a comparison there you see the roots on that other tea leaves that I've had for a few weeks few weeks and you'll start see the leaves starting to Bud out and starting to grow on the sides of that little tiny piece that you just taking her right outside the most amazing part right here is looking at those roots how fascinating something you don't see because they are usually Underground Sprint has no roots will it still starting to grow some leaves that's because I've been keeping it in water the whole time keeping it alive this is another two weeks that I had and I put it into some soil and straight from cutting it right into some soil and now it's growing and cut a piece of hibiscus and I'll show you guys what I'm going to do with that in the SEC I think that hibiscus plant that little twig make sure there's only a little bit of these pull up any other leaves you don't have too many leaves if you're too many leave it won't work take that little glass cup with water and put that's way too bright inside and that's it simple easy play here's some other plants that you can find or that I have found side really easily as well this is a plumeria that's that right into some fruit that right off the tree and now it's growing some leaves it's another plant that I found at the beach because he is growing a little leaf and it's just a a stick that I kind of tore off from the rest of the plant and put into some water that is a little ginger plant I rescued and put into some soil and now it's drowning beautiful you can even do potatoes this is a potato that I had in the fridge I noticed that it started to grow so I put it into some soil and I water it and now it's a plant this is our green onion chilling cruising some water
